1/2Fresh Lime Squeezed
1/4cFresh or Frozen Pineapple
1/2Frozen Banana
1/4c Frozen Mango
1scoopVanilla Protein Powder or Collagen Optional
Instructions
To create a perfectly smooth green base, blend the coconut water with mint and spinach first for 1 minute
Next add in the frozen fruit and optional protein powder or ice for a thicker consistency
