Ingredients

heavy whipping cream

organic sugar
A touch of vanilla extract
Instructions
Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Homemade whipped cream stays fresh for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator when stored in an airtight container.
For the best texture, chill your bowl and beaters before whipping.
Add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you prefer it.
