This smoothie is packed with antioxidants + collagen and healthy fats. It's perfect for before a strength training workout and tastes just like a peanut butter n jelly sandwich!

  • Blender


  • 1 c Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 3/4 c Almond Milk can use any plant milk here
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter Spread around sides of the glass, or blend in with smoothie
  • 1 package Collagen Peptides I used dark chocolate blackberry flavor (vital proteins brand) for this, any flavor works!


  • Blend up all of the ingredients and enjoy!
