About Me

Anne Murray

Hey, welcome to the blog! I started this to share my passion of holistic nutrition and culinary medicine through simple recipes + wellness lifestyle tips. I am former athlete (gymnast, swimmer, diver, competitive cheerleader, cross country runner) which got me started in this field. I graduated from University of Arizona with a B.S in Nutritional Sciences – Dietetics Emphasis and a minor in sports nutrition! 

I am currently studying at Baylor University to complete my Masters Degree and Dietetic Internship. I am a certified through (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine as a group fitness instructor and indoor cycling instructor! Follow me along my journey here and on Instagram @nourished_by_anne.
