Anti-Inflammatory Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Organic Raw Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 c Chopped Organic Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 Sliced Zucchini
  • 10 spears Chopped Asparagus
  • Handful of Organic Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Sliced Cucumber
  • 1/2 Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Black Ground Pepper
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
  • Pink Salt To Taste
  • Fresh Lemon Squeeze To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing romaine and chopping it, mix clean lettuce into a bowl with fresh spinach.
    2. Add chopped veggies (optional: grilled chicken)
    3. Make dressing in a separate bowl and whisk together, then pour over salad and enjoy!
