Banana Oat Energy Muffins


  • 3/4 c organic rolled oats
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or sub for any natural nut butter
  • 1/4c dark chocolate chips or fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon + pumpkin pie spice


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and bake for 15-20min or until golden brown on the sides.
