Easy healthier pancake recipe you can make in the blender! It's gluten free can be topped with fruit, real maple syrup and cinnamon! Make it your way.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 c Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make oat flour by blending dry oats for 30 seconds
  • Add in almond milk, banana, egg and cinnamon and blend until smooth
  • Lightly grease a nonstick pan with butter or spray and pour pancakes in
  • Cook on each side 1-2 minutes until cooked through and edges turn golden
  • Serve with melted butter or ghee and real maple syrup, top with fruit and enjoy!
