Banana + Pumpkin Spice Energy Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Pasture Raised Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 c Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1.5 c Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Manuka Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mash ripe bananas, and add in all ingredients into a bowl, scoop mixture into a cupcake pan and bake for 20 minutes.
