Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices Dave's Killer Thin Sliced Bread
  • 2 Pasture Raised Eggs
  • 1/4 c Feta Cheese
  • 1 c Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado Slices
  • Sea Salt + Pepper To Taste
  • Hot Sauce Optional

Instructions
 

Toast the bread: Preheat your toaster to your desired level of golden brown. Toast the two slices of Dave's Killer Bread.

    Scramble the eggs: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt a pat of butter or spray with cooking spray (optional). Crack the eggs into the pan and gently scramble them until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of toasted bread on a plate. Top with half of the scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with half of the crumbled feta cheese. Add a layer of fresh spinach.

        Avocado time: Top with half of the sliced avocado. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

          Close the deal: Finish with the remaining toasted bread slice, feta cheese, and scrambled eggs.
