Basic Breakfast Sandwich

This basic breakfast sandwich is packed with nutrition and balanced energy. Customize it how you like!


  • 2 slices Dave's Killer 21 Grain Bread
  • 2 Pasture Raised Eggs (Can be scrambled or fried)
  • Handful Organic Baby Spinach
  • Goat Cheese Crumbles (Optional)


  • Heat a nonstick pan to medium-high heat and spray with ghee oil. 2.Crack eggs into the pan (closely, to make sure the egg does not explode). Cook eggs on the pan for 2-3 minutes without a lid, then cover and turn off heat, letting them cook for about 5 more minutes.
    3. Add eggs and spinach onto Dave's Killer Brand toast, (optional goat cheese) and enjoy!


Great quick breakfast, full of fiber, vitamins, and protein.
