This breakfast bowl has a great balance of carbohydrate, protein, fiber and fat. It will keep you energized throughout the day and feeling great! - Customize how you like.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small Sweet Potato (Previously Baked)
  • 1/2 c Mixed Greens
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Chopped Cucumber + Tomato
  • Pickled Onions
  • Red Pepper Flakes + Salt + Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Assemble bowl by adding baked sweet potato, greens, veggies and over easy eggs
  • Top with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper + enjoy!

Notes

Customize it your way! 
Higher protein- add turkey or smoked salmon
