- 1 Small Sweet Potato (Previously Baked)
- 1/2 c Mixed Greens
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c Chopped Cucumber + Tomato
- Pickled Onions
- Red Pepper Flakes + Salt + Pepper
Assemble bowl by adding baked sweet potato, greens, veggies and over easy eggs
Top with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper + enjoy!
