- 2 Pasture Raised Eggs
- 1 Slice Multigrain Sourdough Bread
- 1 Handful Organic Baby Spinach
- Ghee Spray Oil Fourth and Heart Brand
Pink Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne Pepper.
- Heat up a nonstick pan on medium to high heat, and spray with ghee oil, crack eggs into the pan with the spinach and cook for 3 mins uncovered and cover with the lid for 2 minutes, place on top of toast and use any seasonings you like!
