Group Coaching Program

In this 4 week program we will work together in a group to identify your struggles with nutrition and create an actionable plan to help you reach your goals. In this program we will have a weekly meeting to discuss topics of the current modules and help you identify ways to build success. You will have access to a private group where you can ask questions, share recipe creations and have accountability to keep you motivated to reach your goals. Each week you will be provided with a grocery list and meal plan with balanced recipes to support your success.

In this module we will assess where you are now and identify your main struggles with nutrition. You will start to analyze what most of your meals look like to find the gaps of where your diet is lacking balance.
In this module you will use your recorded diet history and meal patterns to create more balance and learn the science behind building a balanced meal. In this module we will discuss ways to customize your meals to fit your goals and learn how to shop for groceries along with tangible meal preparation tips.
In this module you will discover ways to combine your new knowledge of balanced meals to balanced living. Incorporating your nutrition into your lifestyle to make things attainable and sustainable. During this time we will talk about how to make substitutions when eating out, how to build flexibility around your nutrition plan, and find realistic ways to incorporate nutrition in your life when you're having fun.
In this module we identify the ways to help you continue to succeed and analyze behaviors that support your success. From here we can create your continuing game plan to help you keep these nutrition and balanced lifestyle changes sustainable.
