Healthy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

This tasty stir fry is packed with fresh flavor and full of powerful antioxidants from fresh ginger and garlic. You only need a few ingredients to make this taste amazing - the best part is there is no added sugar! Try this recipe and customize to your liking as always.

- 1 lb Steak any steak works (I used top sirloin or flank)
- 1 bunch Baby Broccolini
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 knob Fresh Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce can use tamari for GF alternative
- 2 c Brown Rice I like using frozen microwave rice from trader joes
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Season the steak with salt and pepper cooking through until medium rare (7-8 minutes depending on thickness)
Remove meat from the pan add in 1 tbsp of avocado oil
Add fresh ginger and garlic to the pan let simmer until fragrant
Add in broccolini cook until fork tender about 5 minutes on medium high heat
Add steak back in the pan with broccolini and add soy sauce
Add sriarcha here if you like it spicy
Mix it all in the pan and serve over brown rice! Enjoy
