
Healthy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry
This tasty stir fry is packed with fresh flavor and full of powerful antioxidants from fresh ginger and garlic. You only need a few ingredients to make this taste amazing - the best part is there is no added sugar! Try this recipe and customize to your liking as always.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak any steak works (I used top sirloin or flank)
- 1 bunch Baby Broccolini
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 knob Fresh Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce can use tamari for GF alternative
- 2 c Brown Rice I like using frozen microwave rice from trader joes
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper cooking through until medium rare (7-8 minutes depending on thickness)
- Remove meat from the pan add in 1 tbsp of avocado oil
- Add fresh ginger and garlic to the pan let simmer until fragrant
- Add in broccolini cook until fork tender about 5 minutes on medium high heat
- Add steak back in the pan with broccolini and add soy sauce
- Add sriarcha here if you like it spicy
- Mix it all in the pan and serve over brown rice! Enjoy
