This bowl is packed with a variety of nutrition and a great balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber to keep you full and energized for hours. The best part is, it's always customizable, make these recipes work for YOU to meet your goals.

  • 1/2 c Brown or White Rice you can use any rice (microwave rice is the fastest!)
  • 1 c Mixed Greens
  • 8 oz Chicken
  • 2 Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 Sliced Onion
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 Squeeze of fresh lime


  • Chop bell peppers and onions
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning and 1 tbsp of oil onto chicken, cook until done (about 4-5mins each side depending on thickness)
  • Make rice according to instructions or use microwave rice
  • Sautee bell peppers and onions in the same pan you cooked the chicken in
  • Build your bowl by adding mixed greens, rice, cooked chicken and bell peppers into a bowl
  • Top with fresh avocado and lime squeeze & optional cilantro for garnish
