These healthier pumpkin spice muffins are AMAZING. They are naturally sweetened, gluten free and the perfect treat for fall! Check out my reel on Instagram to see a video on how to make!

  • Oven
  • Muffin Tin

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 c Organic canned pumpkin * use canned pumpkin - NOT pumpkin puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Cashew butter * can use any nut butter
  • 1/4 c Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 c Almond flour * I buy mine at costco - much cheaper $$
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin spice blend
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dark chocolate chips * optional - measure with your heart

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350
  • Spray muffin tin or use liners
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Top with chocolate chips
  • Bake for 15 minutes - toothpick should come out clean
  • Let cool, remove from the pan and enjoy!
  • Store in the refrigerator
