
Healthy Pumpkin Spice Muffins
These healthier pumpkin spice muffins are AMAZING. They are naturally sweetened, gluten free and the perfect treat for fall! Check out my reel on Instagram to see a video on how to make!

Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 c Organic canned pumpkin * use canned pumpkin – NOT pumpkin puree
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Cashew butter * can use any nut butter
- 1/4 c Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c Almond flour * I buy mine at costco – much cheaper $$
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Pumpkin spice blend
- Pinch of sea salt
- Dark chocolate chips * optional – measure with your heart
Instructions

Preheat oven 350

Spray muffin tin or use liners

Mix all ingredients together

Top with chocolate chips

Bake for 15 minutes – toothpick should come out clean

Let cool, remove from the pan and enjoy!
