
20 Minute Pasta Meal
This meal is easy, healthy and delicious. The best part is that you most likely already have most of the ingredients in your fridge!

Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Brown Rice Pasta I use Jovial brand – you can use any type of pasta!
- Broccoli
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Lemon
Spice Mixture: Italian herbs, oregano, parsley, garlic, sea salt + pepper
- *Optional grated parmesan
- *Optional grilled chicken
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400

Bring a pot of water to a boil with salt

Place broccoli + tomatoes on sheet pan lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil and spice mixture

Roast in oven for 15 minutes

Cook pasta according to box directions ~ about 10 minutes

Drain pasta and add back into the pot with olive oil + fresh lemon and more spices

Remove veggies from the oven and add into the pot + mix it all up

Add grilled chicken for extra protein
