Peppermint Chocolate Cups

  • 1 72% Cocao Chocolate Bar
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 6 tbsp Melted Coconut Butter


  • Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute until completely melted. (Adding in a tsp of coconut oil helps). Add in peppermint extract 
  • Pour into cupcake liners and place in freezer until chocolate hardens
  • Melt coconut butter in the microwave until completely melted (adding a tsp of coconut oil here helps too) then pour on top of frozen chocolate, and place back into the freezer
  • Let the chocolate and coconut butter layers freeze, then pour chocolate on top for the final layer.
  • Store in the freezer & enjoy!
