Peppermint Chocolate Cups
- 1 72% Cocao Chocolate Bar
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 6 tbsp Melted Coconut Butter
Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute until completely melted. (Adding in a tsp of coconut oil helps). Add in peppermint extract
Pour into cupcake liners and place in freezer until chocolate hardens
Melt coconut butter in the microwave until completely melted (adding a tsp of coconut oil here helps too) then pour on top of frozen chocolate, and place back into the freezer
Let the chocolate and coconut butter layers freeze, then pour chocolate on top for the final layer.
Store in the freezer & enjoy!
