
Sesame Salmon Bowls
This bowl is packed with flavor and balanced nutrition. Perfect for lunch or dinner any night of the week. You've got to try this healthy salmon bowl out.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Wild Salmon
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 c Sushi Rice
- 1/4 c Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 c Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Cut salmon with skin on into cubes, place in a large mixing bowl
- Combine soy sauce, half of the sesame oil and sriracha and marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Cook sushi rice according to package directions
- Shave cucumber into thin slices and place in a separate bowl
- Mix shaved cucumber with rice vinegar and 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- Cook salmon ~ 3 minutes each side depending on thickness
- Assemble the bowl with rice, cooked salmon, cucumbers and top with sesame seeds!
