Spicy Miso Glazed Chicken Thighs

This easy Asian style chicken marinade comes together from using only 4 ingredients that you can get from Trader Joe's. It's salty, spicy and rich bringing a ton of flavor and protein to your meal. Spice up your chicken by marinating it in this special but simple combo to get the best result. Combine with veggies, and rice to create a full healthy and balanced meal.

  • 1 Air Fryer could use oven or pan sear


  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Miso Paste Trader Joe's brand easy squeeze bag
  • 1/4 c Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Fresh Lime Squeeze
  • 1 Sprinkle Sesame Seeds Optional Garnish


  • Place chicken thighs in a bowl, bring to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes for best results
    1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Add oil, miso, seasonings, soy sauce to the chicken
    1-2 tbsp Sriracha Seasoning, 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp White Miso Paste, 1/4 c Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Place in air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Remove from air fryer, garnish with sesame seeds, fresh lime squeeze and enjoy!
    1 Fresh Lime Squeeze, 1 Sprinkle Sesame Seeds
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, sweet potatoes and rice for a full balanced healthy meal
