Spicy Shrimp Fajita Bowls

This bowl is packed with tons of flavor and nutrition. Perfect to add to your dinner rotation and extras make great meal prep. This meal has a great balance of carbohydrate, protein, fat and fiber to keep you full and energized.

  • 1 lb Raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Spice mixture (spanish hot paprika, garlic, onion, chili powder, sea salt, pepper, oregano)
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 c Cooked Rice brown or white
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 head Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 Avocado


  • Preheat cast iron skillet to medium high heat
  • Combine seasonings and oil with raw shrimp
  • Slice onion and bell peppers and set aside
  • Sauté bell peppers and onions 4-5 minutes, then remove from pan.
  • Place seasoned shrimp in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through
  • Add peppers and onions back into the skillet
  • Serve over white rice, top with shrimp and pepper & onion mixture with lettuce and avocado
