Valentines Day Chocolate Truffles

This sweet treat is made with just a few ingredients and is the perfect treat for Valentine's Day. Try it out and customize it how you like it!

Ingredients
  

Base Filling

  • 1.5 c Nut Butter
  • 1 c Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Chocolate Coating

  • 1/2 c Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Pink Chocolate Coating

  • 1/2 c White Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 drops Pink Food Coloring

Instructions
 

  • Mix together nut butter, almond flour and maple syrup
  • Roll into balls and chill on parchment paper for 30 mins - 1 hour
  • Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals
  • Coat truffles in melted dark chocolate place on parchment paper to harden
  • Repeat melting process with pink coating
  • Drizzle pink chocolate on top
  • Let the chocolate harden and place in the refrigerator
  • Enjoy! Serve and store slightly chilled
