Valentine's Day Energy Bites

Want the perfect snack for your Valentine? Try out this energy bite recipe, no bake and easy to make.
Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Oats
  • 1/2 c Nut Butter
  • 1/4 c Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Optional add scoop of protein powder

Pink Coating

  • 1/2 c White chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 drops Pink food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes
  • Roll into balls or heart shape
  • Melt white chocolate and coconut oil and mix in food coloring
  • Drizzle with pink chocolate coating and store in the fridge
