Chicken Teryaki Power Bowls

The best bowls for meal prep, packed with tons of flavor and easily customizable. They have a great balance of carbohydrate, protein, fiber and fat. Check this recipe out and make it your own

- 1 lb Chicken Thighs
 - 1/2 c Teriyaki Sauce  Primal kitchen brand or homemade 
 - 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
 - 1 Thinly sliced sweet potato
 - 1 bunch Broccolini 
 - 1 c Rice  Brown or white 
 - Seasme seeds
 - Sriracha 
 
 
Marinate chicken thighs for 3-12 hours
Heat up grill to medium high heat 
Place all veggies in a cast iron pan 
Place cast iron pan with vegetables on grill with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook about 10-15 minutes
Grill marinated chicken 5 minutes on each side until cooked through
Serve over rice, top with sesame seeds and sriracha  for a spicy kick!
