Chicken Teryaki Power Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 c Teriyaki Sauce Primal kitchen brand or homemade
  • 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Thinly sliced sweet potato
  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 1 c Rice Brown or white
  • Seasme seeds
  • Sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken thighs for 3-12 hours
  • Heat up grill to medium high heat
  • Place all veggies in a cast iron pan
  • Place cast iron pan with vegetables on grill with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook about 10-15 minutes
  • Grill marinated chicken 5 minutes on each side until cooked through
  • Serve over rice, top with sesame seeds and sriracha for a spicy kick!
